Branding — six fields, with a live preview of the result.
The fields
up to 100 characters
Your business name. It replaces GFXToolz everywhere your customers look — the interface, the browser tab, emails and search results.
image URL
Shown in the sidebar and on the sign-in page. Use a PNG or SVG with a transparent background so it works in both light and dark mode.
image URL
The small browser-tab icon. Use a square mark — a wide wordmark becomes an unreadable smudge at that size.
hex colour
Your primary brand colour, used on buttons, links and highlights. Format
#7C3AED.hex colour
The variant used in dark mode. A colour that reads well on white often disappears on near-black, so set this rather than leaving it to chance.
email
Where customers are told to contact you. It also appears on your generated legal pages.
phone number, with country code
Powers the floating chat bubble and the WhatsApp support card.
Getting the logo right
Use a transparent background
Use a transparent background
A logo on a white rectangle looks broken the moment a customer switches to dark mode.
Check it in both modes
Check it in both modes
Use the preview’s dark toggle. A dark-navy logo vanishes on a dark sidebar.
Host it somewhere permanent

Both fields take URLs. If that URL stops working, your logo disappears from your panel. Avoid temporary image hosts and expiring links.
What your customers see — and what they don’t
White-labelling covers the panel:- The interface carries your name and logo throughout
- Emails come from your brand and link to your domain
- Page titles, search results and link previews show your business
- The panel’s page source carries no GFXToolz references
If GFXToolz appears anywhere in the panel — a heading, an email, a page title — tell us. That is a bug, not intended behaviour.
Where our domains can still appear
White-labelling does not extend to the tools themselves, and it cannot. Most tools are reached through shared proxy infrastructure, and many AI tools are self-hosted APIs. So when a customer opens a tool, the address bar — or a network request behind it — can show one of our hosts:
This is expected and acceptable. It does not mean your panel is misconfigured, and it is not something we can remove — the tools live on that infrastructure.
In practice this rarely comes up: customers sign in on your domain, pay you, and get support from you. The proxy host is a technical detail they see only in the address bar of a tool window.
