Use whatever name, logo and colours you like, subject to two things:- Do not use our name, logo or branding as your own

You do not need to disclose us to your customers — the whole point is that you do not have to. But you must not misrepresent the relationship if asked directly.
The tools you resell

- Do not use tool trademarks or logos as your own branding
- Referring to them factually — listing what your plans include — is fine

If your Refund Policy says 7 days, honour 7 days. Your published pages are what your customers will hold you to.
If we appear on your panel
Your panel should contain no reference to GFXToolz anywhere your customers can see — interface, emails, page source or search results. This does not extend to the tools. Tool access runs through our shared proxy infrastructure, so a customer opening a tool may see a host such assem.gfxtoolz.ai, ee1.gfxtoolz.com or api.gfxtoolz.ai in the address bar or in a network request. That is expected, acceptable, and outside what white-labelling can cover — see Where our domains can still appear.
