This tab documents the panel your customers use — not the one you manage it from. The panel itself carries your branding throughout.
The one exception is tool access, which runs through our shared proxy hosts — a customer opening a tool may see a gfxtoolz.ai or gfxtoolz.com address. That is expected; see Where our domains can still appear.

Two panels, two addresses

Your reseller login does not work on your customer panel, and a customer account does not work on the reseller panel. They are separate accounts on separate addresses.
The reseller sidebar has a Your customer panel link that opens yours in a new tab. To see it as a customer really sees it, create a test customer, give them a seat, and sign in as them in a private window.

How your panel is recognised

Your panel is identified by the address it is opened on. Every request to yourname.gfxtoolz.ai — or your own connected domain — resolves to your reseller account, and your branding, pricing, pages and appearance are applied from there. This is why a customer of one reseller can never see another reseller’s panel, prices or customers, even though everything runs on shared infrastructure.

Public vs signed-in

Some of your panel is reachable without signing in, because it has to be:

Public

The sign-in page, your pricing storefront, and every legal page you publish.A payment-gateway reviewer and a search engine are never logged in.

Signed in only

Home, Tools, tool pages, Account, Status and Extension.Tools themselves additionally require a live seat.

What a customer without a seat sees

They can sign in, and they will find no tools. The reseller panel says it plainly in the customer drawer: “No seat — they can sign in but have no tools.” They still see your branding, your pricing page and your legal pages — so a customer who has not paid yet lands somewhere that can sell to them, rather than on an error.
This is why self-signup is safe to leave on: an account by itself grants nothing until you assign a seat. See Seats and plans.

If a panel is not reachable

A visitor who opens an address that is not an active panel is told so plainly — “This address is not an active panel.” That happens when a domain is still verifying, has been removed, or the panel is suspended. While you have maintenance mode on, your customers see a maintenance screen instead of the panel.
