The reseller Overview dashboard with stat cards, terms strip, trend charts and expiring-soon list

The Overview dashboard — the first thing you see when you sign in.

Your reseller panel lives at reseller.gfxtoolz.ai. It is separate from your customers’ panel — they never see it, and it never carries your branding. The header greets you by business name and links straight to your live panel — “Your panel is live at yourname.gfxtoolz.ai”, or your own domain once you have connected one.

The four stat cards

Watch the gap between Customers and Active seats. That difference is people who signed up or lapsed but are not paying you today — usually your best follow-up list.

The terms strip

Three facts about your account, always visible:
Every reseller starts at the base 10% discount. It is set per account and improves as you grow — the more seats you run, the better a rate we can agree. This strip is the authoritative place to read your current rate. See How the program works.
Switch the range with 7d / 30d / 90d.

Money

“Top-ups against seat spend, last 30 days.” The line is your balance; the bars are top-ups.

Plan mix

“Seats bought in the last 30 days.” Which plans actually sell, with counts and spend.

Seats

“Seats bought against seats that lapsed, by week.” Growth against churn.

Expiring soon

“Seats ending in the next 5 days. Extending re-charges your wallet.”
Plan mix is the one to act on. If a plan never appears, either your customers do not want it or your pricing is wrong — both are fixable in the Pricing manager.

Expiring soon

The most operationally useful panel on the page. Each row shows the customer, their plan and the end date, with an Extend button beside it.
Extending charges your wallet immediately at your seat rate. Collect from the customer first.

Two different panels

This trips people up early:
Your reseller login does not work on your customer panel, and vice versa. To see what your customers see, use Your customer panel in the sidebar, or create a test customer and sign in as them in a private window. See the Customer panel tab.

Maintenance mode

With maintenance mode on, your customers see a maintenance screen and changes are blocked — including adding customers and assigning seats. Turn it off before making changes.
