These rules exist for one reason: the tools are shared infrastructure. Abuse by one panel degrades or breaks access for everyone — including your customers.
You are accountable for your customers’ behaviour. “My customer did it” is not a defence, because from the platform’s side there is no difference between you and an account you created.

Never permitted

Do not extract, save, publish or resell tool logins, cookies or session tokens. You are reselling access through the panel, not accounts. This is the single fastest way to have a reseller account closed.
One customer account is for one person. Selling one seat to be shared among a group, a team or a community is a breach — sell them a seat each.
No bots, scripts, bulk automation or mass downloading. Tools are for normal human use.
Do not attempt to obtain access outside the panel, bypass limits, or work around the way seats are counted and charged.
Sell to end users. Do not set up sub-resellers who sell on again — if someone wants to resell, send them to us to apply.
Nothing unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours, and no use that infringes anyone’s rights.

Fair usage

Even within the rules, usage should look like a person working. Unusual patterns — a single account downloading at machine speed, or signing in from many places at once — get flagged automatically.
Flags are reviewed before anything happens, and normal heavy use by a genuine customer is not a problem. We are looking for sharing and automation, not for people who work a lot.

How you are expected to police your panel

Watch device lists

A customer with many devices in different places is usually sharing a login. Check under Managing users.

Act when you see it

Log the account out everywhere, reset the password, and tell the customer. You have both tools in your panel.

Publish your own rules

Your Fair Usage Policy page sets these expectations with your customers in writing. Publish it — see Legal pages.

Tell us early

If you discover a customer abusing the tools, tell us. Reporting it yourself is treated very differently from us finding it.

What happens on a breach

1

We contact you

With what we have seen and which account it relates to.
2

You resolve it

Usually by suspending or removing the customer.
3

Repeated or ignored breaches escalate

Continued abuse can lead to suspension of your reseller account.
Deliberate credential extraction or organised abuse can result in immediate closure without the steps above.
Set expectations with customers when you onboard them. Most abuse comes from people who assumed sharing was fine because nobody told them otherwise.
