A customer's tools page showing available tools

The Tools page — what a customer's plan entitles them to.

Entitled tools only

Customers see the tools their plan includes — not a catalogue of everything on the platform.
This matters commercially: a customer on your entry plan cannot browse what they are missing unless you show it to them on your pricing page. Upsell happens through your storefront, not through a locked tool list.
A customer with no seat sees no tools at all, even though they can sign in.

Layouts

Cards (grid with details) · Compact (denser rows) · Pills (rounded chips) — set under Pages.

Finding a tool

The header search (⌘K) matches tools by name. Browse by category on Home filters by type — AI Tools, SEO Tools, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Presentation, Content Writing, WordPress — each with a count.

Opening a tool

A tool detail page

A tool page — what the tool is, and the button that opens it.

Each tool has its own page describing what it does and how to launch it. Launching consumes one of the customer’s device slots — the Devices tile on Home shows usage against their plan’s cap.
Device limits are per plan. A customer who signs in from a phone, a laptop and a work machine can exhaust a 1-device plan quickly, and the fix is either a bigger plan or clearing their devices from Users.

When a tool is not working

Tools are third-party services. When one breaks, it usually breaks for every panel at once and we fix it centrally.

Tell customers up front which tools are in their plan, in your own words, on your pricing page. Most “this tool is missing” messages are really “I did not know it was not included”.
