# Your first 30 minutes

> From an approved reseller account to your first paying customer.

This is the shortest path from a freshly approved account to a customer who is logged in and using tools. Everything here can be done in one sitting.

## Before you start

  Your reseller panel lives at **reseller.gfxtoolz.ai**. Sign in with the email you applied with.

Keep two other things to hand: your **logo** (a PNG or SVG with a transparent background) and your **brand colour** as a hex code.

  <Step title="Add funds to your wallet" icon="wallet">
    Open **Wallet** and top up — it is **self-serve**. Enter an amount or press a quick-amount button and check out. Your wallet is a prepaid balance in your account currency, and it is what seats and your monthly panel fee are paid from, so nothing else in this guide works until it has money in it.

    The minimum top-up is **₹5,000 / \$70**.

  <Step title="Set your brand" icon="palette">
    Open **Branding** and set, at minimum:

    * **Display name** — what replaces "GFXToolz" everywhere your customers look
    * **Logo** and **favicon**
    * **Accent colour** (light and dark variants)
    * **Support email** and **support WhatsApp number**

    The support details are not decoration — they are what your customers are shown when they need help, and the WhatsApp number powers the floating chat bubble.

  <Step title="Name and price your plans" icon="tags">
    Open **Pricing**. For each plan you want to sell you can set:

    * The **name your customers see** — your own plan names, not ours
    * A short **description** and up to six **feature bullets**
    * The **price you display**, in whatever currency you choose
    * Whether the plan is **hidden** from your pricing page entirely

    Nothing here changes what you pay. Your seat rate is fixed by your reseller discount; this is purely the storefront your customers see.

    Open **Users → Add customer**. Enter their email and name, then pick how they get in:

        They receive a branded email and set their own password. Best when you know the address is live.

        You choose the password and pass it on yourself. They are forced to change it at first login. Best for WhatsApp-first customers.

  <Step title="Assign them a seat" icon="ticket">
    Open **Seats → Assign seat**, choose the customer and the plan, and confirm.

    The moment you confirm, three things happen: your wallet is debited your discounted seat rate, the customer's subscription starts, and their access runs for **30 days**.

    Open your panel URL — `yourname.gfxtoolz.ai` — in a private window and sign in as the customer. Confirm the branding is yours, the plan name is yours, and the tools open.

    This is the single most valuable five minutes in this guide. Do not skip it.

## Once that works

You have a working business. These are the things worth doing next, roughly in order of impact:
