# How the program works

> Wallet, seats, margins and what you pay — the commercial model end to end.

Everything runs on two ideas: a **prepaid wallet** you top up yourself, and **seats** you spend it on. Understand those and the rest follows.

## The wallet

A prepaid balance in your account currency, fixed at approval — **INR** for India, **USD** everywhere else.

* You top it up **yourself**, whenever you like — no need to ask us
* It is debited automatically when you assign a seat, and monthly for your panel fee
* Nothing is ever auto-charged to a card
* Every movement is recorded in a ledger you can read at any time

## Seats

A **seat** is 30 days of access to one plan, for one customer.

Assigning the same plan again **extends** the customer by another 30 days rather than creating a second seat.

<Warning>
  Seats do **not** renew themselves. When 30 days are up, access stops until you assign again. This is deliberate — you are never billed for a customer who has stopped paying you.

The panel fee is debited from your wallet automatically. Your Overview dashboard shows it, and the date it is next due, in the terms strip.

## Your seat discount

**Every reseller starts at 10% off retail.** That is the base rate, given to everyone on day one with no negotiation.

It is set **per account**, and it improves as you grow. The more seats you run — and the more you bring to the table — the better a rate we can agree with you. When you have volume behind you, ask.

We take **no** revenue share. You set your prices, you collect the money, you keep the difference.

  At that margin:

  * **10 customers** → ₹6,000 / \$120 a month
  * **50 customers** → ₹30,000 / \$600 a month
  * **100 customers** → ₹60,000 / \$1,200 a month

  Your panel fee is covered by your **second customer**.

## Charging in your own currency

Your **wallet** is INR or USD. What you **show and charge customers** is entirely separate — set a storefront currency and rate and the whole panel converts.

A reseller in Morocco can hold a USD wallet, display dirhams, and take payment by bank transfer. We are not involved in that transaction at all. See [Pricing manager](/panel/pricing).

## Who is responsible for what
