# Apply to join

> What we ask for on the application, and what happens after you submit it.

The reseller program is open to apply to, and applications are reviewed by hand. There is no fee to apply, and no setup or joining fee if you are accepted.

## What the form asks for

  The name you trade under. This becomes the default display name on your panel, and you can change it later.

  Your login for the reseller panel, and where we contact you. Use an address you check.

  Include your country code. **We contact every applicant on WhatsApp before approving**, so this needs to be a number that reaches you.

  Two-letter country code. This decides your wallet currency at approval — **India → INR**, everywhere else → **USD**.

<ParamField path="Preferred subdomain" type="required">
  The address your panel will live at: `yourname.gfxtoolz.ai`. Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, 3–50 characters. Some names are reserved; if yours is taken or unavailable we will agree an alternative with you.

  Anything that shows what you already run — a site, a store, a social profile, a community.

## What happens next

    The billing country is preselected from your location, and the form checks your panel handle is available as you type. You get an on-screen confirmation straight away.

    Every applicant is contacted before approval. We will ask about your audience, how you plan to sell, and roughly how many customers you expect — a short conversation, not an interrogation.

    Your reseller account is created, your subdomain goes live, your wallet is opened in your currency, and your seat discount is set — **10% off retail as standard**, improving as your volume grows.

## What we look for

We are not looking for a big company, a registered business or an existing website. We are looking for someone who can actually reach customers.

    An existing audience, community or client base. Experience selling anything online. A clear idea of who you will sell to and at what price. Being straightforward about where you are starting from.

    No answer at all on WhatsApp. Plans to resell credentials or share single accounts. Anything suggesting you intend to misrepresent what the tools are or who provides them.

<Tip>
  If you are starting from zero — no site, no company, no customers yet — say so. Plenty of resellers start that way and it is not a reason for rejection. An unanswered WhatsApp message is.

## Frequently asked before applying

  <Accordion title="Do I need to pay anything to apply?">
    No. Applying is free, and there is no setup or joining fee. Once you are running, you fund a prepaid wallet (minimum ₹5,000 / \$70) which pays for your customers' seats, and a **panel fee of ₹999 / \$20 per month** is debited from that same wallet.   <Accordion title="Do I need my own domain?">
    No. You get `yourname.gfxtoolz.ai` free and can run on it indefinitely. Connecting your own domain is free too, whenever you want it — you only pay your registrar for the domain itself.

  <Accordion title="Do I need a payment gateway?">
    No. Many resellers collect payment by bank transfer, UPI, WhatsApp or cash, and assign seats manually. If you do want automated checkout, you can point your pricing page buttons at your own payment links.

  <Accordion title="Will my customers know it is GFXToolz?">
    Not from the panel — it carries your brand throughout: interface, emails and page source.

    Tools are the exception. Tool access runs through shared proxy hosts, so opening a tool can show something like `sem.gfxtoolz.ai`, `ee1.gfxtoolz.com` or `api.gfxtoolz.ai` in the address bar. That is expected and cannot be removed. See [Where our domains can still appear](/customize/branding).

    Yes, and many resellers are. Mention it when we message you so we can link things up correctly.

  <Accordion title="How long does approval take?">
    It depends mostly on how quickly you reply on WhatsApp. Once we have spoken, provisioning itself is quick.
